The successful candidate will identity and mitigate risk, and provide business assessment and guidance to help develop and meet business plans.
Main duties
Key aspects of the role:
• Assisting in developing new ways to deliver projects and programmes.
• Engagement and communication (includes drafting communications and supporting Management in communicating to staff)
• Provide expert business and operational HR generalist advice to senior management and act as an interface with other HRBP, Project Leads and other teams within the department.
• Produce regular and ad hoc reports, lead workshops and write and deliver presentations.
Key skills
Key skills required:
• Strong Project Management skills using PRINCE2 or similar methodology.
• Demonstrate strong organisational design and change management skills.
• Evidence of strong transition implementation background backed by extensive customer service, stakeholder relationship and staff engagement experience.
• Extensive generalist HR experience from the Public Sector with up to date knowledge of employee relations relating to restructures.
