A Finance manager is required for a Local Authority for a five month temporary contract.
Salary: £400.00 - £420.
Main duties
?Provide accurate management information to budget managers
?Ensure the effective running of the budget, both revenue and capital).
?Support budget managers in forecast, accruals, virements and budget preparation, provide insight into trends to ensure effective financial controls and compliance with financial procedures.
Key skills
The Finance Manager will have (CIPFA) qualification or equivalent with considerable post qualification experience. Good knowledge and experience of local government finance is highly desirable. You will have excellent written and verbal communication including writing professional reports along with excellent organisational skills.
