Tenancy Services Manager

My client based in Leicestershire is looking for Tenancy Services Manager to join the organisation that has been in place since December.

Main duties

You will be responsible for improving the core performance of the Housing Association.You will be looking after four housing officers and tenancy support officer and deal with rent, rent arrears, voids and anti-social behaviour.

Key skills

Skills required:
- strong background in improving performance in rent arrears and voids
- recent anti-social behaviour experience in monitoring and managing anti-social behaviour
- experience in managing staff and challenges
