Technical Services Manager - IT Manager required for this FTSE 100 service provider based in Dublin. An experienced service delivery orientated IT and people manager for the technical and professional leadership of a small local team which provides infrastructure support to its clients.
Main duties
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Management
?Line management of the local ITS teams, server, security and service desk/desktop support.
?Ensure the delivery of service by the ITS teams to the required level
?Ensure the delivery of projects by the ITS teams on time, within budget, and to agreed quality controls.
?Provide timely management reporting on ITS service delivery and project deliverables
?Manage relationship with Vendors.
