My client is a major blue-chip player based in Hertfordshire. They are looking for a Senior Propositions Manager to lead in the development of a new category strategy, proposition development and the management of any existing related products and services in this area.
Main duties
As a specialist within strategic proposition development, you will achieve this by:
- Developing clear strategies for category within this organisation's strategy and brand position.
- Reacting to customer needs in developing a differentiated and disruptive marketing plan.
- The creation and ownership of category positions including revenue performance and business cases
- Championing new category propositions
- Strategising pipeline plans for category propositions.
Key skills
As an individual you will have a proven track record as a driven, successful and bright Marketeer with an excellent understanding of proposition creation, development, launch and management. You must be commercially astute and a skilled communicator at all levels, with excellent abilities in building relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
