Senior HR Manager

£250 to 275 per day

The successful candidate will deal with complex casework.

Main duties

Key aspects of the role:
• To provide professional HR advice, guidance and information on complex employment issues in accordance with current legislation, terms and conditions of employment and best employment practice.
• To support the implementation of strategies and plans relating to medical staffing, including EWTD compliance, MMC etc.
• To manage the performance and direction of HR Resourcing services.

Key skills

Key skills required:
• Experience developing corporate HR policies and procedures and sound understanding of current employment law
• Awareness of modernisation issues across NHS and Social Care
• Understanding of budget management and staff performance management
• Planning the implementation of HR strategies
• Experience of dealing with complex employee relations issues.
