To develop and implement a performance framework / instrument for each work stream.
?To ensure links to service redesign are realised where appropriate.
?To work in conjunction with Contraception and Sexual health to develop appropriate services with World Class Commissioning competencies.
Main duties
Role responsibilities:
?To be responsible for leading, controlling and reporting project and performance management of the teenage pregnancy reduction work streams.
?Apply appropriate project management methodologies and standards to assure delivery against defined performance, cost, quality and time targets.
Key skills
Experience required:
?In depth project management experience qualification (e.g. PRINCE2 Practitioner or Foundation)
?Previous experience of cross boundary working, working within a PCT or Local Authority.
?Experience of budget management.
?Experience of working in a health or social care environment.
