Programme Manager

£180 to 200 per day

You will be responsible for the effective programme management for the System Management programme in 2009/10 to support implementation of the following projects:

?Cooperation and Competition Panel
?Any Willing PCT-accredited Provider (AWPP) procurement model
?SHA Assurance (roll-out)
?Review of the Principles and Rules for Cooperation and Competition

Main duties

Key aspects of the role are:
?Manage and regularly update several System Management programmes via Enterprise Project Management reports and Project schedules, identifying risks, dependences and mitigation avenues as necessary
?Manage communications i.e.

Key skills

Essential Skills
?PRINCE (II) qualifications in project management.
?Ability to use EPM or similar project management tools
?Excellent organisational, project management and communication skills.
?Excellent knowledge of policy on procurement, competition and corporate transactions.
