Main duties

Appropriate candidates will have extensive operational experience to support their management experience, and will have experience that includes developing and driving best practice forward, quality assurance, audits and related reporting, and multi agency working

Key skills

A sound understanding of the social care assessment and planning processes surrounding child protection and children looked after is essential, as is experience of managing allegations against staff
