People Development Manager

Are you an experienced People Development Manager specialising in IT? This is a fantastic opportunity to utlise your skills within the public sector. The role is based in Warrington on a contract basis.

Main duties

The People Development Manager will work closely with the Operational & Professional Capability managers to design, agree and implement people development programmes for the development of staff.
In particular they will :
. Progress the Talent Development Programme and subsequent processes as well as supporting managers in its implementation.

Key skills

Must have demonstrable experience of :
? Working with Executive and senior staff in developing and implementing IT development and talent management initiatives
? Working with Executive and senior staff in developing and implementing Leadership / Management schemes
? Producing & delivering proposals to executive levels
