Our client is looking for an experienced interim manager to provide strong operational support across the Street Services, Cleaning, and Grounds Maintenance Services. Due to a restructuring of current management structure, our client is looking for an experience manager with a ?can do' approach to provide operational support and to help drive changes and improvements forward as part of the overall business transformation agenda.
Main duties
You will help develop policies, plan and working practices to ensure these services achieve high standards and value for money, together with public support and satisfaction. You will support the transformation of the service through effective and strong man management of the specific functional areas of Street Services.
Key skills
You will have direct senior management experience within this, or related council functions. You will have very strong man management experience as well as proven performance management skills and experience. You will understand and have experience of applying Best Value principles.
