International Compensation and Benefits Manager

£44000 to 45000 per year (pro rata)

Compensation and benefits expert required for an international charity to be responsible for the development of a value added global HR function. You would be responsible for the development and dissemination of global compensation and benefits strategies, policy and quality good practice standards for global compensation and benefits.

Main duties

Develope and maintain reward systems for SMT and International team
Validate expat T&C's
Support the SMT on executive compensation and related matters
Develop an organisational approach where the practices and systems, in relation to employee and employer tax and social security, comply globally
Develop global initiatives in relation to employee recognition and motivation

Key skills

You will need to have:
Significant experience of developing compensation and benefits packages
Ability to apply this to an international context
Direct experience and knowledge of different job evaluation/assessment approaches
Proven knowledge of expat tax, social security and insurance
Proven experience in the development and application of comp&bens approaches on a global scale
Excellent data manipulation and handling skills
Use benchmarking tools
Expereince of working in the NFP/NGO s
