My client based in Liverpool is seeking a Talent and Innovation Manager to set up prcesses, systems and collaborative links to establish talent pipeline to enable the develop and managed talent.
Main duties
You will be tasked with:
- Developing talent , this will involce developing and in-house graduate scheme, building links with academic organisations, partnering with specialist agencies sivhas specialst recruiters
- Deliver a structured approach to career development and potential career paths
- A succession planning process
- Enable the devleopment of high performing teams across the organisation
Key skills
To be considered for this role you must:
- Have a proven track record of formulating organisational strategies
- A learning and Development background with the ability to create a "learning organisation"
- Have experience of introducing a structured learning and talent identification approach
