Interim Service Improvement Manager

You will be working directly with the H/O Operations on a 3 month contract. The areas of work are: Theatres, Outpatients and Clinical Specialties.

Main duties

Your main objective will be mapping clinical pathways in various clinical specialties to ensure meeting 18W referral to treatment, including diagnostic pathways.

Key skills

Candidates should ideally have (although not essential) LEAN training with a PRINCE2 background and have process mapped clinical pathways utilising Modernisation Tools & Techniques.

It is essential that you have recent NHS experience and are familiar with 18 weeks targets and Modernisation Tools & Techniques.
