Our client is a Central Government Agency with ambitious growth plans for April 2009 and 2010. As a result they are keen to add some strong recruitment resource to their team. We are looking for an interim Operational Recruitment Manager.
Main duties
We are looking to attract a hands on recruitment manager with a strong understanding of the Civil Service and the way recruitment needs to be conducted under Civil Service rules.
The role will incorporate Multiple and high volume recruitment campaigns for a broad variety of personnel including IT, Engineers and Corporate Services.
Key skills
- Experience of recruiting a broad variety of personnel including IT, Engineers and Corporate Services
- Experience of organising and running recruitment roadshows
- Experience of end to end modern recruitment technology: psychometrics, applicant tracking systems, web based and digital media systems.
-Previous public sector experience would be an advantage
- A self starter requiring minimal direction, someone who is administratively self supporting.
