Interim Programme Manager-Personalisation

Main duties

You will be responsible for 3 sub-programmes with the Personalisation Programme which are:
- Early Intervention, Prevention and Developing the Council's Universal offer for its citizens
- Commissioning- developing a market with new providers that are able to respond to the requirements of personalised care and support,
- Transforming Care Services- designing and commissioning new models of care (within this sub-programme there are number of projects)

Key skills

Skills and experience required:
- knowledge and experience of Personalisation agenda is essential
- strong track record of programme management
