Main duties
The role will involve ensuring that the most appropriate framework is in place to deliver the strategy as well as reviewing staffing roles and structures to ensure that the appropriate resources are in place to effectively deliver the corporate strategy. An experienced HR/OD specialist is required who can work directly with the Group chief executive and Group Management Team to deliver the required outcomes.
