Interim Head Of Patient Experiance

£400 per day

The post holder will be responsible for aspects of the directorate's activity within the PCT, ensuring effective operational management, service development / business planning, budget setting and management, and staff management and leadership within the PPI Team. You will need to have an external focus, building strong clinical and managerial relationships and developing partnerships between providers and commissioners across Manchester.

Main duties

Main duties will be:
?Development and initial implementation of PE Strategy
?Implementation of consultation/engagement mechanisms
?Management of PALS and PPI functions

Key skills

To apply for this role you must have:
?Experience of managing the patient and carer interface in the NHS or health related field.
?Strong leadership skills and management experience.
?Experience of conflict resolution and managing complex stakeholder engagement.
?Track record of achieving significant successful change, and improvement through partnerships.
?Highly developed numerical and analytical skills.
