Interim HR Operations Manager
3 month interim assignment, Central Government client, based in Westminster
Are you an experienced Interim MCIPD qualified (or equivalent) interim HR Manager? Do you have previous experience in the Public Sector, preferably within a central government department or agency? If so we are keen to hear from you.
Main duties
Provide day-to-day line management for HR customer services team/operations team, ensuring that the team have clear roles, is appropriately resourced and that workloads are prioritised.
- Working closely with the relevant HR Business Partner in, managing relationships between the HR Operations or Customer Service team and the business
- Ensue that direct reports promote and comply with HR policies and processes that provide a high quality service to the organisation.

Key Competencies and Experience
- Experience in leading and line managing a professional HR team
- Experience in coaching HR colleagues, staff and line managers in HR processes and policies
- Ability to influence at all levels and across a range of key stakeholders
- Experienced in working within SLAs and identifying service delivery improvement opportunities
- Demonstrable previous experience in HR, ideally across a range of disciplines
- Up to date knowledge of HR best practice and emp
