Main duties

As HR Manager you will contribute to the delivery of key objectives of HR plans including contributing to the achievement of service standards for the HR function. The role will be project based dealing with a number of issues including case management, policy development and championing continued learning and development across the directorate.

Key skills

To be successful in this role you will ideally be CIPD qualified or working towards this qualification, with a proven track record of working within a HR department. The ideal candidate will have worked within a local government environment -Ideally within the social care directorate. You will have good employee relations experience dealing with complex issues.
