Interim HR Project / Learning and Development Manager * Westminster * 3 months + * £450-£500 a day
Our central government client has been tasked with increasing the take up of apprenticeships and improving staff qualification levels and requires an Interim HR Project Manager.
Main duties
- Working with the overall project manager you will establish tenders and draw off framework with a range of providers to deliver NVQs and Apprenticeships.
-Work closely with leads from government agencies to support them in the identification of current qualification levels
-Significant stakeholder engagement to promote Apprenticeships and gain buy in from senior management (providing support to management as required).
Key skills
The successful candidate:
-Will ideally have experience within central government
-Will have a solid track record in learning and development needs analysis, tendering, and monitoring and targeting of suppliers.
-Will have knowledge of qualification frameworks and detailed understanding of apprenticeships and NVQs
-Will have excellent presentation, influencing and stakeholder management skills
