Are you an experienced Interim HR Generalist? Do you have Public sector experience, preferably within Central Government? If so we are keen to hear from you.
Our client, a non departmental public body seeks an Interim HR Consultant for a 6 month period.
Main duties
- Provide early intervention to support managers to address ER issues before disciplinary situations occur.
- Support and advise managers on managing disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, appraisal and similar situations and participate in investigations and hearings when required.
- Provide general HR advice to managers and staff on all employment practice issues.
Key skills
The successful candidate will have:
- Sound knowledge of current UK employment law
- Experience of Recruitment and selection
- Significant experience in devising and guiding line managers on a range of HR issues
You must be able to work autonomously whilst making an immediate impact.
