Interim HR Business Partner * Westminster * £300 a day * Central Government client * 3 months
Main duties
The role:
-Create and maintain workforce strategies to drive the core business plan
-Develop effective Resourcing, retention and succession plans
-Ensure that HR solutions are owned by and effectively implemented within your directorate
-Develop and implement change plans, gaining buy-in from the wider organisation
-Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and practices in line with employment legislation
Key skills
The successful candidate:
-Will be MCIPD or CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
-Will ideally have public sector experience
-Will be familiar with the business partner model and working closely with a defined business unit
