Interim Financial Modeller

My client is a large public sector body based across two sites in LONDON and the WEST MIDLANDS. Due to a pending restructure of the finance function they are currently recruiting to the key role of INTERIM FINANCIAL MODELLER.

Main duties

Primarily working in London and reporting to the Head of Planning and Analysis, your main tasks will include;

1.Review & recommend changes to the existing Financial Planning & Analysis processes
2.Develop financial models / templates for Quarterly Forecasts & Annual Budget
3.Develop MS Word based Board reports
4.Introduce model auditing

Key skills

You will be a qualified accountant who is available at short notice and can commit to a minimum of 3 months. You will have strong financial modelling knowledge and experience of activity based costing. Public Sector/Not for Profit experience an advantage although not essential.
