Interim Employment Law Specialist

* Interim Employment Law / HR Policy expert with experience of working with Trade Unions * Reading * 3 months + *£500-£600 per day *Government client

Main duties

As a result they require a qualified Employment law specialist to take the policies through the consultation process and prepare the HR teams to support the Line Managers once the policies have been launched.

Key skills

- Employment Law specialist with a proven track record within a public sector, ideally government body
- MCIPD, CIPD or HR degree qualified (or equivalent)
- Extensive experience in negotiations with Trade unions
- A Background in policy design
- Strong experience of dealing with both contentious and non-contentious employment law issues
Effective communicator with attention to detail
- Experience of coaching and mentoring HR professionals in the use of new HR policies
