Interim HR Equality and Diversity Officer
Based in Nottingham
3 month full time assignment based in Nottingham
Are you an experienced Interim HR Advisor/Equality and Diversity Officer? Do you have previous public sector experience? If so we are keen to hear from you.
Main duties
- Review the Two Ticks scheme. The symbol was awarded to our client several years ago and the criteria and their qualification need to be reviewed.
- Equality Impact Assessments - Help the HR E&D manager to develop and deliver training workshops, act as the mentor to HR in the conduct of EIAs and provide regular EIA status reports for HR managers.
- Update the E&D content of DSA's intranet
- Organise and audit the electronic E&D filing.
Key skills
The successful candidate will have:
- The ability to make an immediate impact
- Knowledge of equalities legislation and the equalities duties in the public sector
- Excellent written communication skills and willingness to make verbal presentations.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
