Are you an experienced security cleared Interim Diversity Advisor? Do you have experience within the public and commerical sectors? If so I am keen to hear from you.
Main duties
The role:
- Lead on all diversity and equality issues within the organisation
- Review, revise and communicate the organisations diversity strategy and action plan
- Provide support at both a strategic and operational level to the diversity champions, HR Director, executive committee and general workforce
- Conduct interviews, attend recruitment boards
- Assist and advise on Equality impact assessments and reasonable adjustments
Key skills
The successful candidate:
-Will ideally hold current security clearance
- Will preferably be CIPD qualified
- Will ideally have experience of working with Diversity in both the commercial and public sectors
