To be considered for this role you must have:
- Extensive public sector experience, ideally within Local Government
- Excellent knowledge of process improvement methodologies, tools and techniques
- Excellent knowledge of data collection, recording, analysis and interpretation
- Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Prince 2)
- Experience of business process mapping using a range of tools and techniques (e.g.
