My client, a housing association based in London is looking for an interim Property and Technical Services AD to manage stock assets and maintenance.

Asset management

Team management
Managing complex revenue and capital projects
Project management of domestic building work, refurbishment and improvement schemes
Knowledge of methods of procurement work
Knowledge of contract law, building regulations and the planning process
