Insight Manager

My Central Government client is seeking an experienced Insight Manager to set up the organisations insight capability.

Main duties

The role will involve:
- Identifying and implementing the triggers for each Pulse Test Survey
- To develop the tools required to analyse statistical data obtained through the Pulse Tests
- Develop the communications for the the Pulse Tests surveys
- Design the internal customer survey
- Analyse and interpret data from the internal Customer Survey

Key skills

To be considered for this role you must:
- Have a proven track record of the practical application of research methods
- Evidence of insight development skills within a Customer Service/Insight environment
- Strong research and design skills within the Public Sector
- Excellent communication skills
- Security clearance to SC level is high desirable
