You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Child Health Administration Department ensuring provision is maintained and developed to support Children and Young People's Services and the wider provider provision across the PCT.
Main duties
?Be responsible for the management and deployment of staff within Child Health Administration Department, providing clear leadership and support.
?Be responsible for reviewing the organisation of the Child Health Department to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness and productivity of it's operation.
?Keep under review the systems and processes within the department, to ensure effective communication and flows of information through the department.
Key skills
Ideal experience of the following:
?Experience of change management and service redesign
?Advanced understanding of IT systems and ability to adapt to meet service needs
?Ability to interpret and apply policies within Child Health Department
?Ability to support and develop IT systems to support appropriate data collection
?Previous experience of working in the NHS
