Improvement Project Manager

£350 per day

Are you an experienced Housing Project Manager who has experience of working and delivering on Housing Improvement Projects, specifically within an ALMO environment?
My client, an ALMO based in Hertfordshire are looking for a housing professional to manage some projects to complete the Housing Improvement work.

Main duties

This role will involve:
Co-ordination and monitoring of the Improvement Project
Supporting the directors to make sure that the project work is completed
Make the organisation aware of risks that will inhibit the Audit Commission inspection next year
There may also be some discrete project work to carry out
This role will involve working to tight deadlines and timescales so good organisational skills are imperative.

Key skills

Skills required:
Strong project manager within a Housing / ALMO environment
Audit Commission knowledge and experience
Proven Project management completion
