The main focus of this challenging role is to project manage the implementation of a key project whilst providing 'business as usual' strategic leadership and technical expertise.
Main duties

- to provide strategic leadership and technical expertise
- project manage the implementation of a high profile work stream relating to the restructure of the ICT function
- produce and deliver an implementation plan to deliver the ICT strategy
- implement the organisational structure
- provide stability in the ICT function
Key skills
We are looking for candidates with an ICT background who have moved into non-technical business transformation. You must be a proven Project Manager with experience of managing large scale cultural and organisational change; ideally within a Local Government organisation. You must be able to demonstrate successful delivery in terms of outputs from previous interim roles.
