Head of Site Operations

My client based in Wiltshire is looking for an Interim Head of Site Operations to undertake all work in accordance with their Code of Safety Practice, Quality Management Systems. Risk Manangement Systems, Policies and Procedures.

Main duties

?To determine the strategic direction of the ?business? and to deliver this strategy through the definition, implementation and management of business, operational and personal objectives, ensuring these are consistent with corporate plans.
?To organise the ?business? so that its resources may be available in the event of a high level emergency response
?To design and manage an integrated financial budget and to ensure that the business delivers its financial objectives.

Key skills

?MBA or equivalent senior management experience and a PhD or equivalent in biological science.
?Experience of managing a successful business unit in a related field.
?Evidence of service delivery and improvement.
