My client based in Sheffield has recently set up a shared HR Transaction service. My client is seeking to strengthen the management of the service and improve the quality of the existing service whilst ensuring a smooth move to the outsource provider.
Main duties
The role will consist of:
- Improving the quality of the exisiting service delivery within the management of recruitment processes throughout the life cycle
- Improve and ensure quality service within the employment services such as starters, leavers and contract alterations
- Practical operational mangement of HR First
- Leading the team and diagnosing service delivery issues and implementing solutions.
Key skills
To be considered for this role you must:
- Have experience of managing HR Transacting Services preferably within a shared service environment
- Previous Public sector expereince preferably within Local Government
- Experience of Business Process Review/re-engineering
- A proven track record of quality assurance processes
Excellent relationship management skills
