Main duties
? Develop strategy on pay and reward for the Commission by shaping the approach and policies that take into account the business requirements as well as the remit process
? Provide direction and support for teams working on new pay and reward policies
? Provide support to the Human Resources Director on briefing and managing senior stakeholders
? Act as primary point of support to senior managers on pay and reward issues
? Be part of the negotiating team for discussing the pay and reward
Key skills
An experienced HR professional (CIPD qualified or an equivalent HR related qualification), particularly in the area of pay and reward
? Experience of developing and implementing the people agenda in a large, fast paced and multi-site organisation
? Evidence of aligning HR activity to the business agenda, working collaboratively with a wide range of business and corporate stakeholders
? Experience of developing and implementing HR policies and strategic solutions
