Are you an Interim Manager who has experience of Local Authority Housing or ALMO environments?

Main duties

This role will in vole managing a team of around 50 with 6 Team leaders who lead various sections such as Right to buy, Service Charges and Billing.

this is a care taking role that will require a strong leader to manage the department through change and issues surrounding the transfer to ALMO status which is an ongoing process.

There may be some HR issues and the possibility of a restructure so experience in this would be beneficial.
