The Head of Fundraising Operations is responsible for planning and introducing a business process re-engineering programme and business plan for the Fundrarising Directorate.
Main duties
Duties:
* Obtain a clear and meaningful understanding of the organisation's current fundraising structures and processess
* Develop and build strong relationships throughout the Fundraising team
* Explore processes that can be integrated into the Fundraising plan to deliver more effective and efficient operational delivery
* To be the face of Fundraising Operations for all projects
* To develop an organisational plan which sets objectives and is delivered to agreed deadlines
Key skills
The post-holder must have:
- Strong IT skills
- An extensive fundraising and legal background
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- A proven track record of working within a fundraising role within a Charity organisation
- Evidence of delivering a change-management design
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
- Understanding of business planning, risk management and control methodology
