Head of Efficiency

My client is seeking a Head of Efficiency to develop an new unitary council.

Main duties

The role will involve:
- Ensuring the efficiency programme is clearly defined with structured and well resourced projects
- Establish programme management to build the unitary authority
- Challenge and support the prgramme activity including quality assurance.

Key skills

To be considered for this role you must:
- Have Programme Management experience within a large and complex environment.
