My client is seeking an HR Training and Support Manager to manage the knowledge transfer of a HR and Payroll project, this will include the go-live of the Midland HR self service function.
Main duties
The role will consist of:
- Managing the trainingfor the HR and Payroll project which will include go-live of the Back Office and Front Office Functionality
-Develop relationships with key stakeholders and secure stakeholder buy in
- Deliver outcomes and objectives with the Programme Director
- Develop and maintain systems so that lessons learnt can be fed back into training/awareness
Key skills
To be considered for this role you must:
- Have a minimum of 7 years experience of HR and Training Management
- Previous expereince of HR and Payroll systems
- Strong knowledge of Midland Trent applicatins/systems
- Understanding of HR Processes
- A proven track record of gaining buy in on HR and Training Managmern within complex environments
- Previous Public sector experience
