My Central Government client is seeking an HR Consultant to provide full support on the HR Transitions, transformation and policy development.
Main duties
The role will involve:
- Liasing with the various HR Management streams and directorates
- Help develop business policy relating to HR strategy and service
- Identify and analyse problems to HR delivery
- Develop and deliver pragmatic solutions which can be implemented swiftly
- Ensure appropriate and employee consultation is held and documented.
Key skills
To be considered for this role you must:
- Have valid Security clearance
- Up to date knowledge of policies, practices and procedures
- A clear knowledge of employment law and the implications of managing change
- Evidence of working within a change environment
- Excellent communication skills and influencing skills
- CIPD Membership
