The main theme to this role is recruitment, retention and training.

Main duties

Devise and impliment the recruitment and retention strategy
Assist in the development of Training and Developement
Contribute to the overall delivrery of the HR function
Operational Recruitment and retention

Key skills

Proven experience of Recrutment strategies and implimentation along with experinece in Training and Developement.
