HR Manager - Dartford

A world leading retailer is currently seeking a ?hands on' HR Manager to join one of their distribution centres based in Dartford. The organisation has a unique culture and is highly innovative within it's market. Reporting to the Regional HR Manager your role will be challenging and diverse.

Main duties

Working in a very people focused environment you will contribute to and participate in best practice across your business area, drive the on-site People Change programme and provide support and advice on employee relations, performance management, union activity, training and development, change management and recruitment.

Key skills

Ideally CIPD qualified, with a proven track record of implementing HR best practice, you will be business focused with excellent communication and presentation skills. Essentially you will possess at track record of influencing strategy and shaping the business, along with the ability to build relationships and gain credibility with Senior Managers. This is a highly visible role and you will need to be a persuasive, resilient professional who can work autonomously.
