Accountable for managing a team of advisors and administrators, the HR Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the development of the Resourcing, Advisory, Employee Relations, and Policy development and employee relations. This position involves knowledge and involvement with HR systems.
Main duties
Duties will include:
* Managing and leading the Advisory function
* Managing all central recruitment and Resourcing services
* Managing employee relations
* Coaching and mentoring staff
Key skills
Candidates applying will have be an excellent leader, with the ability to analyse and interpret procedures. Knowledge of working with hR systems is a must. You will have extensive experience in a higher Education/Further Education background. You must be CIPD qualified.
