My Local Government client is undergoing a large period of change and is seeking an HR Manager to ensure the smooth running of the HR Team.

Main duties

The role will involve the responsibility of managing the minor restructure occurring. You will be providing advise to managers on a range of issues and ensure the smooth running of the HR structure during the period of change.

Key skills

To be considered for this role you must:
- Have a previous track record of working within a change environment
- CIPD Qualified
- Experience of managing an HR Team
- Strong generalist HR knowledge
