My client is seeking a talented Regional HR Manager based High Wycombe and covering the South, for a 12 month FTC starting in September 2008, to provide first class HR support across High Wycombe and the South.
Main duties
You will provide comprehensive HR and Employee Relations assistance and advice in a highly Unionised environment. With one direct support and reporting into the HR Director you will provide advice to management on Employment Law, Policies and Procedures, Employee Relations, including high volume Disciplinary and Grievance, as well as relevant preparation for Employee Tribunal cases and managing TUPE transfers.
Key skills
The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre, CIPD qualified with a strong HR Generalist background including experience of TUPE and working in a highly Unionised environment. You must have outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and strong working relationships across all levels.
