Providing HR support to the Sales & Marketing function of this fast-moving global organisation you will act as the key point of contact for the department's Senior Managers, develop and follow processes, support project activities and advise on HR solutions.
You will build effective relationships with key management and improve design, performance and culture as a valued business partner.
Main duties
Duties and responsibilities include:
?Drive organisational and cultural change
?Encourage networking with other bodies to encourage and share ?best practice'
?Share knowledge on key areas of compensation, benefits, employment law and policies
?Work with the onsite recruitment team to meet all recruitment requirements
?Ensure raised issues are followed through
Key skills
The ideal candidate will likely to have been working as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner. Please do not apply if you have worked at a senior management or director level.
