Main duties
We are a large water utilities organisation based in and around the Midlands. In this key role, you will be managing a wide range of employee relations cases working with managers and employees across the company. You will be involved in managing a whole range of projects including restructuring, TUPE and changes to ways of working. An important part of the role is the coaching of managers to enable effective employee relations and people management.
Key skills
To succeed in this role, you will need relevant experience in a similar sized company in a role managing complex ER situations to a successful outcome and working within TU/Employee Representatives. You will have a broad understanding and experience of providing guidance of employment law, training and coaching line managers and experience of TUPE and outsourcing. You will have worked in a similar sized company and be a fully qualified CIPD professional.
