Main duties

Key responsibilities would include:

Develop policy and procedures
HR advice & coaching on varied subjects
Advice and support on disciplinary's, grievances and appeals

Key skills

The ideal candidate must have worked in Local Government in a middle-manager HR position and you must have experience in writing and implementing policies and procedures (from scratch) along with some 'case work' experience.
