My Local Government client is undergoing a large period of change and are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide HR advice and support to Line Managers.

Main duties

The role will involve providing advice on disciplinaries and girevances as well as sound generalist advice during their restructure.
The role will involve managing a small team of HR Assistants.

Key skills

To be considered for this role you must:
- Be CIPD qualified
- Have a proven track record of providing sound HR advice to managers
- Have experience of working within a public sector organisation through a period of change
- Evidence of providing advice on employee relations issues in particular disciplinaries and grievances
